Jordan Gaspar is the founder and Managing Partner of AF Ventures. AF Ventures is a consumer fund investing in emerging growth stage businesses across food & beverage, health & wellness, personal & household care, beauty, and pet. AF Ventures has deep connectivity throughout the consumer-packaged goods ecosystem having been an early pioneer in the space and growing the franchise over multiple funds. With a portfolio of over 30 companies, AF Ventures typically invests in companies between $10-30M+ of topline revenue, at the time of investment, with fundamentally sound unit economics that allow for sustainable growth. AF Ventures has invested in some of the fastest growing and most well-recognized consumer brands including Cirkul, Four Sigmatic, Jinx, Koia, Proud Source, and Tractor Beverage.

Jordan currently sits on the board or acts as a board observer to several innovative, better-for-you consumer products companies including Cirkul, Clio, Koia, and Jinx.

Prior to founding AF Ventures, Jordan was an attorney at Morrison Cohen LLP where she advised venture and private equity firms and their portfolio companies, on acquisitions, sales, mergers, and financings. She graduated from Columbia College and received her J.D. from Fordham Law School.

A native New Yorker, Jordan enjoys sampling natural products at-home with her favorite taste-testers, her husband, son and daughter.
